Alexander Technique Specialized Lessons
I specialize in voice lessons with an alexander technique focused lens. This is especially helpful for singers with vocal nodules, chronic health problems, or people with public speaking jobs who have trouble maintaining their speaking voice.

Theory/Resources
"Many different kinds of people seek out the Alexander Technique for many different reasons: a singer with vocal nodules, a dancer with a painful knee injury,
an actor who wants to move better on stage,
a dressage horsewoman who needs to sort out issues of excess tension and balance,
a computer user suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, a chef with lower back pain,
or a storyteller who periodically becomes hoarse as she re-creates the Australian bush animals with her voice.
While the skills learned through the study of the technique are relevant to all of us in our daily lives, professional voice users (both speaking and singing) feel a particular affinity for the work. Vocal problems were the impetus for Alexander's journey of self discovery"
(Voice and the Alexander Technique, Jane Ruby Heirich).
